To request deletion of your EverClose Log account, send an email to:
Include in the email:
- Full name
- Email or phone number used in the app
- Related company/carrier, if applicable
- Subject: EverClose Log account deletion
After the request, account access will be deactivated and personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
Some operational, fiscal, contractual, security, and audit records may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Processing time: up to 15 business days.
